  Are you sure it's related to the AOL address? I'm not.

  There have been user reports of issues in this process, because some necessary mail would not be sent out to the prospective owner by WGT.

  CS may help (don't take this as a promise!).

  is it only aol address or did you try others? if it's only aol. then it could be their filters that block the emails.
