You need to contact WGT , to close your account . No you dont get a refund , for credits that you have purchased .Sorry but all sales are final . If you search the FAQS >>>>  you will find the information that you need as well . Sorry to see you leave , but do take care .:-(

Courteney's suggestion creates another question. Can a sleeping account be left dormant for an unlimited time to be awoken at the holders behest or is it removed from the system after a while?

Scott i have never seen a account removed from this site. Even the accounts that were banned for cheating are still here..... all of them.

You might not be able to access the accounts through the player search function,,,, but if they posted in forum or anyplace else if you click on that.... takes you right to it.

They do not removed accounts. Nope.... makes the number of accounts look good.

Thanks Gerald, it would be interesting to see some figures for total, in regular use and dormant accounts, but we can only wonder what they are.

Very interesting Scott. I would say just guessing the amount of dormant accounts is 4 times greater than active accounts. Also i would say that is a low ball number too.

I can show you accounts that have not been active in over 5 years..... and plenty of them. Some of them even longer.

That is a lot...lol. Once you sign in here.... you never leave.

I would say that is one of WGT's golden rules......never delete a account.

    :)

I created my account in March 2008, played every once in awhile for 5 months then quit logging on until June 2013 and my account was still active....
