  This happens on a far to regular basis, even when completing perfect rounds, this does not even reflect the real game, when a good player never loses a ball for ages. This is putting me off playing as its a serious money making tactic.

  MAX balls with two dots of durability have 100, probably less shots per ball.
  At 600 crs, it's quite an expensive entry fee.

  Haven't you come to know this before, in your 2.7 year's presence?

  WGT doesn't take balls. Except the free  Starter ball the other balls all have some limited amount of durability.

  No one forces you to buy golf balls on WGT. Most WGT players that upgrade from the Starter ball 'buy' golf balls with free virtual credits they have earned, instead of buying credits with real money..

  That real game "good player never loses a ball for ages" has to pay greens fees to play that , beat up, been using it for ages, out-of-round ball.

  WGT has no fee to join or play.

  Real game low handicap players know that after a few holes a golf ball gets out of round and becomes unpredictable for putting. So many low handicap players start each 18 hole round with a fresh sleeve of balls and only play each ball for 6 holes.

  Assuming none of the balls gets lost, each of the 3 balls gets played in rotation as a way to help the ball recover from being hit.

  So the new ball that gets used on the first hole is used again on holes 4, 7, 10, 13, and 16. The new ball used on hole 2 is used on holes 5, 8, 11, 14, and 17. The new ball used on hole 3 is used on holes 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18.

  After the round the balls get consigned to the practice ball shag bag.
