i bought a set of new balls for 118 credits which i was using but for some reason they have gone from my equipment

They only last a couple of rounds. There is a wear meter at the bottom right of your play screen.

It says what the durability is on each type of ball. It's one of the ways WGT makes enough money to keep this site running.
