  I'm pretty sure this is the right forum for this but if it is not just lock it or move it i guess. I signed up for a netflix month offer and I'm suppost to get credits back instantly, but I haven't..... Can someone help me out?

  Same thing happened to me as well.  I completed a survey on dog food yesterday and I never got the 75 credits I was supposed to get even though I was supposed to get them instantly.

  Hey guys,

  In some cases it will take a bit of time to receive credits from your completion of surveys or offers, but if you believe an inordinate amount of time has passed and you still have not received your credits, please fill out a support request from the offer status page. This will send a request to our partners at TrialPay who process the offers and who should be able to help.
