Re: Play Now button not appearing

  Hi guys

   

  When trying to play the game, the Play Now button that is usually in the left hand column of the homepage appears as just a spinning circle with 100% in the middle. It has obviously tried to load but has failed to do so, I tried to open new browsers but its the same issue every time. Any ideas on how to fix this?

  I'm having the same issue...seems to be an issue on WGTs end. Not surprisingly, WGT performed maintenance earlier today.

  I'm guessing its because of the latest downtime/ updates as it also happened to me, I found I had to empty everything, cache, cookies, flash cache and even java , everything seems back to normal now, except, the new balls introduced that where there when I logged in have since disappeared again :-( .

  For Chrome users try a hard reload.  (F12  then click & hold refresh icon, select empty cache & hard reload).

  Thank you Scott. I just held down the F12 key, clicked the reload circle thing and it worked perfect.

  For me, had the same issue after clearing everything since the update and all.  I just had to clear the cache/cookies a second time and all has been fine.

  I'll have to remember the F12 way.

  I haven't played using the play now button is 2 or 3 years. I play using Comodo Dragon and I have the start up page for Comodo Dragon set to the game client. All I have to do to play is click on Comodo Dragon's icon on the deck top and it loads directly to the game client and I can start playing. Dragon is used for nothing except playing WGT. I use a second browser for everything else on the site.
