why at times do i get a black screen (total game screen is black)? what do i do to correct this.

Do you get a little flash player logo in the top left corner?
no, total screen is black. it's like it got stuck between the last load and loading the next screen shot.
Have you tried updating your graphics card drivers?
push ctrl f5 at the same time
