Nothing really. Right this moment got a bunch of them. Nads? Na, nothing is going to happen to them. I see it all the time. Unless someone reports them a hundred times most of them just keep collecting.
The earning list just reset today. Should have looked at it yesterday. LOL a few nice ones.
