  Help! I recently purchased an Avatar to match my girlfriend,s (Bombshelly) when we Alt Shot together..problem is I picked Male 1 and she said I should have picked Male 2..LOL..can you make this right for me..it is a Disco Balls Male 2 that I need instead of Male 1...thanks WGT!!..this site ROCKS!!!!.....moo!

  Try contacting Customer Support, or should that be costumer support in your case, haha!

  LOllll  ,You know what ,i in the begining of this crazy ride in WGT ,I for the fist time  i paid for a new avatar the Canadian flag one that is ,,,,,,,,,,    lollll after i did  i was confused  so i paid for it again in the same day  ........         after a few days  i took a chance  wrote WGT Customer  Support ,explained how stupid i was with a new  PC .  They in no time  credited me  one Avatar ........  So    write to them :)

  I was gifted an avatar a few months ago. The gifter accidentally sent me the female instead of the male. I contacted WGT customer service and explained that I did not want to embarrass the gifter by not wearing the avatar but that it was a simple mistake. They changed the avatar for me the very next day.  Just make sure that the avatar is not in use when sending the request.
