  I am a new guy. Bought some balls and tried to put them in my bag, the first time i have tried to do this. when i try to drag and drop a red circle with a red line appears and i am unable to drop ball in. wgt have been unable to help after 3 requests. Someone please help as i want to buy all new clubs etc BUT  will not unless I can use them . Someone please help me.

  Have you been in "my equipment" from the game client's Main Menu?

  From this forum:

  Play now  > this will take you to the game client.

  Change equipment  > (below picture of clubs NOT my equipment)

  Drag your starter balls from the icon top right into the big square

  Click left or right arrows until you see your new balls

  Drag new balls into the ball icon (top right of page where you removed your starter balls from)
