This meter will either go to the right; I want it to go to the left. It also stops even if I don't click the mouse.

In your set up, you have the EZ swing Lob Wedge.... these do stop themselves.

This happens at my drive. I also get a stroke when the meter stops and registers a stroke.

    Block forum posts : Tampermonkey

I have another article on this subject which utilises AdBlock to block posts, but that is not very user friendly, although it does work.

This method is more user friendly, but the blocked posts may appear momentarily as the page loads. This might only occur on my PC because it is getting a bit old, a faster more modern machine might not have this issue. It's just a question of trying it out to see if you like it, no harm done if you don't.

This little app uses the Tampermonkey extension once again. (link below)

Once you have installed Tampermonkey into your browser, click on the block forum posts script link (below). This will open Tampermonkey's install script page, on that page you can view the script before you install it, if you wish to continue with the installation, click the install button, otherwise click the cancel button.

    Tampermonkey

    Block forum post script

1.) Once installed, navigate your way to any thread and you should see a 'Blocked Members' panel on the right. This panel mimics the styling of the other panels above for an integrated look.

2.) To block a members posts, click that members avatar (you should see an instruction tooltip when mousing over the avatar), and all their posts should disappear. As well as their posts, any quotes taken from that members post/s will be blocked too. The quote placeholder with the name will remain, but the text will be removed.

3.) When you click on a members avatar, their name should appear in the 'Blocked Members' panel. If that members name is red, that indicates they have post/s blocked on the page you are reading. If the name is green, they have no posts on the current page but there may be quotes that have been blocked. An empty quote placeholder is indicative of a blocked quote.

4.) Clicking on the header of the 'Blocked Members' panel will collapse it and the chevron will change direction to indicate that.

5.) Clicking on any name in the 'Blocked Members' panel will remove that name and unblock that members posts and quoted text. If the removed members name was red, their post/s on the current page will re-appear.

6.) The blocked members names and panel status (open/shut) are stored in your browsers local storage and will be maintained if you close your browser or shut down your computer.

Clearing your browsers cache will clear out the local storage and remove the blocked members and reset the panel status.

The script can be switched on and off from the Tampermonkey icon on your browsers toolbar.

    Thank you.  : )

p.s. the blocked members in the above pictures are for demonstration purposes only.  ; )
