I'm not sure if you are an associate of WGT, or a player, but I have a grievance with WGT on the communication process for notifying players about system updates.
I was in the middle of an alternate match game when an announcement came up that maintenance would start in 15 minutes. Needless to say, we didn't finish.
Secondly, you shutdown screen said "We will be right back", REALLY??? 3 to for hours later does not mean you will be right back.
Since you have the ability to insert a pop up window that says an update will start in 15 minutes, why don't you put up a window 3 to 4 hours prior to maintenance that states the time and duration of system shutdown???
And if you are an associate, please don't respond with an explanation as to where I can go search your site to see a calendar of system updates. I come on this site to play, not surf.
I see that there have been MANY forum posts in the past from players expressing their frustrations as well.
