  have played 4 matches tie score after 9 holes ...going to extra hole to determin the winner and all 4 games have terminate!!!!

  Same here.  Two matches yesterday and two matches today (alternate shot) -- tied after 9 holes.  We watch an ad, then we get one shot on the 1st extra hole, then the game hangs.  Very frustrating end to close, well-played matches.

  27 or so threads have been started about this issue,

  WGT is aware and is working on a fix. Unfortunately their last update cause a lot of other problems they are also workiing to fix.

  At the same time they are needing to put the finishing touches on the 2014 US Open venue  Pinehurst #2 for 18 hole stroke play for release next month.
