  How much more do your customers need to put up with? Honestly WGT every time you do maintenance the product us golfers put up with is worse than it was before you supposedly do maintenance. Really , do you get your IT staff at Walmart? K Mart or Toys R Us?

  Please do not demean these quality brands.

  I remember living in the UK many years ago, and a Jewelry Chain owner remarked, a prawn sandwich from M&S would last longer than his jewelry. That was after he said his jewelry was so cheap....because it was crap!

  Things went downhill rapidly from there..........until he was employed by WGT as the IT Director :)

  Clearly, their pre-release testing protocol is badly flawed.
