  As nobody wants to be helpful then I will. Once your pic becomes greyed only WGT can put it right. If you click on the Contact link at the bottom of this page and explain your problem in the box then the support team will help.

  It sounds like your browser has a pop-up blocker installed and it is preventing the buttons from showing. It's blocking what it thinks are Social Media buttons.

  Are you using Firefox or IE?
