    A friend of mine can't access his account since he changed his ISP; he's sent admin emails but no reply....any ideas guys?

    member is KINGCATFISH

    account shows as active but he's not been able to use it for a month or so.

    any help would be appreciated.

    Thats a new one. The only thing i can offer would be for you to send a friend request to WGTIcon, send him a PM about it, then act as the go between. 

    I'm sure members smarter than me will have a better answer :-)

    Has he done the usual clearing of cache, cookies and temp files?

    What error message does he get?

    Has he tried to log in with out using his bookmark?

    Has he requested a lost password reset?

    if it doesn't say account disabled or wrong password then it could be on his end. please make sure he emails from his registered email to members@worldgolftour.com and I will check in on it in 1-2 days.

    Thanks for the reply; he now  says  he's emailed from the registered account but no reply....
