    Dear George,

What you are experiencing is a minor display error where your level is advancing normally, but is not displaying correctly on your profile. This is a temporary issue and will be resolved when you earn the Experience Points (XP) necessary to advance one level further.

For example, if your profile indicates you are level 42, but you have received XP necessary to reach level 43, your profile will once again correctly display your level as soon as you reach 44.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this display error. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be glad to help.

Thank you for playing World Golf Tour.

    Regards,

Have 487,418 points only need 486,988 points for Level 90. The screen showed I got to Level 90 and showed the New Equipment I could get. I went o the Pro Shop to buy Level 90 Nike Golf balls and got squashed Then the screens went back to Level 89. Correct. Please.

    Thank You.

It happens quite often. I came across it twice on the way up. I don't think that they can fix it. (What I meant was the fault won't stop happening)

Courtney is right, it happens a lot, BUT, the good news is yes they can fix it. I've had this happen to 2 members of my CC. They were both new Legends and were excited to finally be able to get a driver that would let them compete. Not showing their new tier wouldn't let them buy the club.

I sent a PM to WGTdbloshoe explaining the situation, he got it handled right away. That guy is great.

I had it happen to me at 100 and 102 (It says I'm at 101). They told me there was nothing they could do. It's not a big deal, but to say there's nothing they can do is kind of strange considering we're in these computer age days.
