    There's been plenty of complaints of players getting booted out of credits matches whether It be skins or matchplay and because It happened to me earlier today for 333 credits when I was 1 up at the 7th my opponent got booted out of the match and when the game menu reloads  he had dissapeared from game and all i had was a frozen game screen and only a forfeit button to press and when you close browser and retry the game cancells and says you've timed out and lose $$. So when i played a skins match earlier and one of our players got disconected, when we got back to menu i decided to start recording to show WGT what can happen and that we get NO OPTION to comeback to game or get timed out IMMEDIATELLY and we lose our credits

    (I Started filming this video immediately when doc gets booted, his timer is INSTANTLY ON ZERO, so i was only filming to prove that instead of giving us an option to re-join match the match either disappears or when we close browser screen the game has VANISHED or timed out instantly)

    Good job Chris. This is exactly what happens in multi player stroke games also.

    Thanks Chris,,this definitely shows everyone exactly what i have been so pissed about the past couple weeks,especially the raw deal I got when i was about to score at least a 55 or 56 in the open qualifier,,,still pisses me off to no end..again thanks for your effort to clarify that it's not just me ranting like a mad man LOL....and WGT I think you owe us all a definitive explanation  as to why this keeps happening and a few sleeves of balls,,,stand up and do the right thing WGT,at least admit there is a serious problem on your end that needs your immediate attention and repair......ICON,,,,WGT admins,where are you????????

    I have sent numerous screen shots to wgt about this.  Waiting to hear a response from them.  First game they took 1k in a skins game.  Second game they took 500 in a skins game.  Same damn issue.  WGT cant ignore this.

    But they do this happen to me about 5 times now and each time I reported it and I haven't heard anything from them. wgt just keeps my credits because of this. I wrie what happen in the drop box but I never have gotten a response on my credits back. what can be done abot this problem.

    Hi All,

    If you happen to get stuck like this in game, send a message to customer service at members@worldgolftour.com and they will be able to process a refund for you. Please send them the Skins ID#, your username, credits wagered, and what happened so they can process it. Also if this happens if you could send a bug report by right clicking and selecting Send to WGT and type out a couple sentences on what happened right before running into the problem, it really helps our Q/A team track down issues like this.  

    Just a side note, our Q/A team doesn't have the ability to respond to bug reports so if you are sending requests that you need a response on, like a refund, send them to our CS team. :)
