  i was thinking that sometime in the future, perhaps way off....that wgt could begin offering money purses for tourneys....like a smaller scale of the real tour....so for those who say come top10 in a major tourney here, they would get a share of $1000-$1500 dollars or something with first place obviously taking the largest share of the winnings.....my other idea is to use amazon gift cards for payouts.....obviously this is all dependent on the amount of credits being bought so i understand that this is an early stage to request such payouts.....but in the future i think it would be really cool and it would reward those who are at the top of the leaderboard....thx n tc.....

  Amazon and other gift cards have been discontinued some 16 months ago.

  Some more facts and observations:

  1) WGT Virtual Tour pays out a lot - 200,000 to 1,000,000 crs per tournament, the winner taking 18%!

  2) Credits have no monetary value - see T&Cs. There are no Dollars in the game! The earning leader's list has been misleading players and unexpecting visitors since day one.

  3) As of the beginning of 2013, the potential real world pay-outs have been minimized (see above), apparently with the intention to conform to some very restrictive gambling laws.
