+1 on the wedges, having a good short game will save you many shots. I'd wait until you get to L40+ and give the Pings a go. I've only just noticed the WGT Pro wedges, same price as the Ping but pathetic stats. Do they think we just fell off the apple cart or what? When you buy wedges I'd get 3 evenly spaced ones, start with a 64 degree and fill the gaps between this and your iron set PW. Get rid of the hybrid, you really don't need it.
I'd tend towards new irons rather than a 3 wood, you'll use them on almost every hole while a 3 wood probably won't get used more than 2 or 3 times in a 9 hole round, at the most. If you can handle a quick meter the R11 at L32 are already available to you. They're a fairly hefty price but will see you through to legend if you learn them properly.
Alternatives would be the L27 or L37 Rocketballz. The lower level ones have a slower meter and better forgiveness but less precision and spin. The L37 look like pretty good competition for the R11, they have more spin, slightly faster meter and less forgiveness. It's not an easy choice and there are others that will come into the equation too.
Personally I'd go R11, the high level set are great clubs and if you've learned these lower level ones you shouldn't have any trouble adapting to the high level ones. And you shouldn't need anything new until you get to L90 unless the Nikes at L85 catch your eye while you're browsing the pro shop.
A good value ball that performs well is the Tour SD, 65 cents per sleeve. Obviously a big jump from 10 but a great ball for the price.
When a 3 wood becomes necessary I'd give the L30 R11 a look. There's also a nice Cally X-Hot at L33 but the price is pretty insane.
You'll probably get different advice from different people, nobody is right or wrong, we all have our own opinions as to which is the best way to go.
The main thing is to have fun.
