Advance that I have already sent a request to Icon for an official response, it is not a real problem but just a clarification for the Birdie Steak Award.

I just closed the RG Event (Best of Par 5 Full 18), closed it with a good 72 (someone will surely close over 64, impressive) but what surprise me was there's no special award assign after the end game info. The special award that I was looking is the Birdie Steak: closed the game with 16 birdies and 1 eagle, birdie in from 1 to 13, eagle, birdies again on 15 and 16.

I thought to get the Crystal Birdie Steak for birdie in (or better) during one round, thought this just because I made it for 16 (from 1 to 16) consecutive times including the eagle on 14.

Do anyone find the same state where an eagle is not considered equal/better as a birdie in this specific case. Why didn't consider the eagle like the birdie if is in an obvious manner better.

    Thanks for reading.

    David.

An eagle is not a birdie - no steaks (LOL) today!

Your "Birdie" awards seem up-to-date - for the next st_r_eak you'd need 15.

It does indeed seem illogical that an eagle breaks the birdie streak.

I went for the diamond award in a CC tourney at Best of Par 5 and deliberately missed a couple of eagle putts just to get it.

For what it's worth, I wasn't sent a magnum of champagne for getting it.

Not even a can of beer.

Vielen dank an sie beide jungs.

It wasn't important to get the award, but both understand that, as Paul says, a birdie is not an eagle, and in the same way Mainz, illogical that an eagle is not recognized for the completion of the birdie steak.

No matter, I hope at least to close in the Platinum with that 72.

    David.
