has happened several times. says the time left to finish a level in the bracket but won't let me tee off and end up with a forced withdrawal.. I'm may be dense but if you cud show how to tee off wud be appreciated.

From the game client window, open the bracket in question.
Below, to the far right under the bracket matchups/results, there will be a "Tee Off Now or Play Now" or similar.
