I saw an advertisement on your website stating that if i used 500 or more credits, i would receive back 500 or more free credits. However, after i bought the course notebook (500 credits), i didn't receive anything back. I have used it already so if u could, pls help me refund or give me the credits. i need this credits. This is a serious matter to me. Pls reply soon.
