  This is just great, trying to purchase a new wedge, but I want to change my credit card. Well going to the change billing information does not work. So I emailed WGT.

   Now I amd having trouble with my Microsoft email account, it has locked me out for some reason.

  So I tried to use my business email account ,and WGT says someone else has that email already .

  Now they have no way of getting in touch with me, so I am unable to purchase anything, oh woo is me.

  Microsoft account just keeps saying its the wrong pass word, jeeez I know my pass word for cryin out loud.

  Icon Shoe somebody help ,what do I do

  Did you enter that business mail address into your account data?

  I have two email addresses, on e just for wgt ,The live account, and the business account at gmail .

  Well it seems that the live account is tied into my Microsoft account and has locked me out.

  I have anew system with windows 8.1 and my microsoft account has been messed up .

  It looks like I can get into my live account by using my gmail address, go figure, but it has locked me out because I made to many attemps to get in.

  why in the hell couldn't the change billing information work ffs. So *** tired of *** not working, and it's just simple stuff, why in the hell would they put change billing information ,allow you to type a new credit card in , and then say sorry please use a active credit card.

  I have had that kind of problem before Gary and it turned out I was trying to type my password in with the wrong keyboard settings, ie.  a US keyboard instead of a UK one and some of the symbols in my password are UK specific, just a thought.
