  Our CC set up a small 25c bracket tourney, and after the 1st round matches, 8 players went forward with a WD against their name. Therefore the pot of 320 credits was not paid out.

  I submitted all the screenshots and other evidence of this wrongdoing to WGT and all I received was the automatic email response last week.

  Pretty piss poor way to carry on WGT.

  May want to further explain John..

   

  The brackets are set up for 24 hours.

  I received an email stating "you've moved on, you have 24 hours to complete round 2"-or similar..

  The next morning I looked and we were all on WD, as the "Bracket Glitch", turned all subsequent rounds to 60 minute rounds.

   

  But I agree. poor service on WGT's part.

  In the evidence I submitted to WGT I copied and pasted ur email Bags, and explained how I watched the timer for rounds 2,3 and 4 only run for 30 minutes each round.

  My request for compensation for the lost 400 credits appears to have fallen on deaf ears.

  can you email us screenshots of your tourney config please along with the tourney id? we are actively looking at it, so screenie would be very helpful.

  The sceenshots 3 of them were sent on 7th June and I got an automatic response back thanking me for my patience, but nothing since.

  Would u like me to resend everything again ?

  we had the same thing happen in our cc a lot of arguing with pisspoor wgt we eventually all got our credits back. it happens after every update something screws up if it aint broke dont fix it wgt
