I have just created a ladbrokes account and deposited with the code it said and made my bet to get 6000 credits, no credits have gone into my account though, i went on support and i have to copy and paste the confirmation of my bet email to trail play but i didnt get sent one.
i need help to redeem the credits i just paid for anyone help me?

If all else fails , you can stop payment on your card . Some of these sites , will get you , or try too I should say . So when this type of situation happens , just contact your card company , and order a stop payment . You are never stuck with a bum deal : -)
