I do like the Bracekt formula a lot, being it CTTH or Stroke Play, it simply is a fantastic idea.
Thing is, every time I am considering whether to play or not, there is no indication about the Bracket being a "speed" Bracket or a regular one.
Sometimes WGT puts the word "speed" in the tournament name, and that would seem to be a give away, but for Tournament created within country club, there is simply no way to know if the Bracket you are about to subscribe is a speed Bracket or not.
I already lost credit because I thought it was a normal one, and instead it was a speed one... it does not help either to receive an email from WGT stating you have 24 hours, while instead you have 30 minutes. Obviously when WGT designed the alerts only thought about the regular Brackets, and when the speed Bracket have been added, WGT did not care to make a separate type of email.
This needs to be addressed and fixed!
Despite the fact that I like the format a lot I will never enroll again in a Bracket, because I do not know if it is Speed or not.
So WGT should make 2 implementations:
=1=
ADD INFORMATION ABOUT THE BRACKET SPEED ON THE SIGNUP PAGE
=2=
CUSTOMIZE THE EMAIL MESSAGE WITH THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF MINUTES/HOURS
Thank you for your consideration.
