How do you clear cache, global settings etc in firefox ?? ( not my browser )

Sorry tried to post a couple links not working hop this one helps, If not under tools just click on history and then clear recent history then box should come up with options to clear. Just trying to help sorry if this isn't what looking for mate-gd
