Alas, quitters won't change. They are gonna quit the game whenever they don't like = win it. If you stay in the lobby long enough you'll see that some of these losers even try to win this way by coming back in the last seconds.
And don't forget that many inadverted "quitting" comes from connection problems which are rather caused by the game's technical nature than by us, the players.
