  Hi

  I am Ludwig, I contacted you in a email to help me change my age, you advised me to contact you with my WGT username. My date of birth must be changed from 1998 to 1988, what are my next step?

  I also want to thank you for the quick response on my email let me know if there's something i must do to change the year.

  It does appear Customer Service was able to change your date of birth for you.
