  Really, this is like obamacare don't care if you want it or not you have to have or pay a fee or in this case not play at all. Why WGT did you force us to do this and it wouldn't install on maxthon browser . Unless i'm doing something wrong . Would like some feed back here From WGT.   Thank's Doug. My wife forces my to do stuff all the time so to get away from her i play golf then i log in And wgt forces me to try to get a flash player i can't download and install. so much for my happy day on the course .  I will be in the  at the 19th hole cussing wgt till this is fixed Beer and a shot bar keep WGT srewed my day of golf again!!!

  You have to do some manipulation...or, might be easier to uninstall it, then download the latest version-it will have Flash V-14.xxxx

  The Internet is a pretty intricate creation, and no one entity controls it.

  When Adobe updates Flash Player it effects every web site that uses Adobe Flash Player. WGT being just one.

  The same goes for each web browser.

  Web sites, browsers, and computer users have to update their stuff to stay current.

  In other words, there are many aspects of our playing experience WGT has no control over.

  So if the Adobe Flash Player update won't install in Maxthon you need to complain to Adobe and to the developers of the Maxthon browser.

  Or you can change browsers.

  I use Google's Chrome browser, upload every Adobe Flash Player update. and just play on.

  I've bolded out some stuff that might be just a bit different on the names, depending on what current version you have.

   

  1st Download Latest version of Adobe flash for Other Versions...Then depending on if you use 32 bit windows go to the windows /System32 or if 64 bit go to windows/syswow64....In either one go to macromed/flash ... then copy the latest NPWSF32  file....currently NPSWF32_11_7_700_224.dll

  Then go to Program file (or Program file x86 for 64 bit) Maxthon3/core/webkit/Npplugins and paste the file there.

  Delete the file NPSWF32.dll  as that is the older version of flash that came with your version of maxthon3. 

   

  Now, all that said, if you haven't downloaded Max3 since the last update, you won't have version 14.xxxx, so even if you have the latest version of Maxthon, it may not have the latest version of Flash in it.

   

  If the above looks intimidating, then uninstall Max from your control panel, and reinstall from thier website:)

  I installed the latest version of Flash (14.0.0.125) after the last WGT shutdown and since then my game has been completely off, distances, putting lines, wind directions, and meter are all off base. I have a 64.3 average, and have been struggling to shoot par.

  I normally use IE browser, but have also tried it on chrome without success, I am not exactly computer savvy, so any ideas would be appreciated. Been trying to put a finger on the problem, and this is about the most logical one that I could find.

  Just remove Maxthon 3. Then download it again. Done.

  You cant update the flash on maxthon , its locked to not update by maxthon . You will have to either uninstall and then reinstall , or use the version you have .My flash version is 13.0 and it plays fine . I dont understand why everyone thinks that you have to have the most current flash version .Try cleaning your system , and then log out and back in . Sometimes the game just gets iffy and has to be coaxed into proper operation . Also you can try comodo , which has flash separate from its browser . I use both for this game , and have very few problems . Hope this helps . :-)

  It doesn't automatically update when you download a new Flash version but you can certainly update it.  Or downdate it if you want.

  I agree 100% with this, I've been using one of the version 11 releases for ages and get on great with it.  I didn't even have to change anything after the last update.
