    alosso:

You come near, but one important item is a miss (crossed out):

Ok by definition these rounds , because of their statistical value , # of putts , birds , bogs , eagles , etc . All of these are counted . Making these rounds official ranked rounds in the ranked rounds count toward tiering up. Not a round however that for whatever reason (dont even care about that anymore) does not change your average in anyway . But again is still a ranked round

Bo3 and Bo5 are neither in the round # count for saturation nor in the average calculation. This is the only way that it can possibly work.

Paul is spot on. When I saturated my average for Legend I was off count by the amount of BOP3 and 5's I had played. It wasn't many but they certainly are not counted toward Tiering up or saturation within a tier.

Back to the OP, the answer is no.

I don't care about my average, or most of this topic. I does trouble me that the stat of lowest 9 or 18 score reflects the score at BO of 3.

What part of "they don't count toward average  " don't they understand ? I guess they didn't understand that 500 ranked rounds with an average of 58.9 must be played.

For once, "Bo3 don't count" is written in the FAQs, "Changing Tiers". Bo5 are added to this, silently. Both still may be played as ranked for the chance to play them in tournaments.

Alas, that average threshold is new to me, probably unfounded. To my best knowledge, the correct number is 60.000.

    Alosso has it nailed.

i didnt get to tour legend with a 60 had to get 59.99

That was simply due to the score you shot in that round . I just made T/ L this month and my avg. was at 60.00 when it happened . So yes Alosso is right as usual .

60 avg and 3 more rounds of 29 is what it took me the first 2 didnt move it off 60 like i said for me 59.99 was it not 60  maybe a 30 would have made it 60 but idk (dont know if the course even matters either )

OK THEN IT CANNOT BE CONDIDERED A RANKED ROUND PERIOD.

But they are ranked rounds and all the stats count towards your profile but not the avg is all
