First of all my apologies, I feel sure this will have been addressed many times..........

My average is currently 58.13, I played the weekly single play on Oly and shot a 57, yet my average stayed the same, shouldn't it have dropped? Am I missing something or am I just stupid or indeed both?

I'm sure your average didn't stay the same, only may the move be invisibly small.

Is your TL average saturated (>500 TL scores available) or not?

If so, a prediction is difficult as we don't know which score was eliminated, determing the move.

If not, the number of scores available would be relevant - any idea?

As a wild guess, with a mid number of 250, the difference of 1.13 divided by 250 would be around 0.004, with a good chance to stay invisible.

Thanks for your answer, yes, my average saturated approx 500 round ago, so I see now that the improvement is too small to show.

So then, the 57 may have replaced a 61(?), resulting in a 4/500 = 0.008 move of the average. This has a low chance of staying invisible. The next good round will be visible!

Interesting enough, there certainly is no more 62 in your scores mix because 5/100 = 0.01 would definitely have changed the ave. display.

Lol, great ! I can look forward to seeing my average barely move for the foreseeable future then.

It may be a grind for sure! At least there is no target number (yet), just let it flow...

(and now off for some Rory-show)
