18 holes at st andrews with no driver and on uneven lies

st andrews low wind without a driver (put an extra wood in the bag), its great fun with bunkers that come into play and there still is loads of birdies that can be made. it makes your club choice that little bit more tricky off the tee.

    from the legend tees:

the 17th works fine with low wind in your face using a 3 wood as you can make the fairway and leave around 235 to the middle of the green.

the 15th is now a long 3 shot par 5 with the wind in your face which makes the hole that little bit harder.

    Hey Marty,

Have you tried playing all the courses in UEL from the tips with starter clubs yet? It's a real test of your pain tolerance with the wind wicked up to heavy. St A and RSG being absolute beasts. ;)

i was never any good at getting close to the ding with the starter clubs, i need something with a slower meter, having no driver and playing st andrews is a good test, it feels more like an open championship trying to run the ball to the hole from different parts of the fairway than we are used too.

RSG is a tough one when you have no driver, i think there is only one hole that is really tough to reach into the wind.
