I hope a representative of the site sees this, or can someone tell me how you do that? I've played a lot of golf here but haven't posted much. Thanks.

I really enjoy playing video golf or whatever you may call it on this site...the realism is awesome. So I have no problem whatsoever with a 30 second commercial before a round starts. And I really am ok with the addition not so long ago of the "at the turn" ad as well.

But can we please at least have some variety in the ads that are shown? If you see the same ad countless times, it has the opposite effect of what the advertiser intended.

I can agree that seeing the same advertisement might send you away instead of endorsing the product or service. Thanks for sharing your opinion on it. Hopefully some variety will occur in the near future.

The community aspect of WGT is great and the game is fun... But considering that players already pay $100s or $1,000s of dollars, the increasing # of video ads is troubling for anything other than free tourneys that include prizes like the WGT Virtual Tour. It might help if the ads were shown just once on the initial tourney launch and not for replays.

An Ad Block browser extension prevents most advertising videos on WGT from playing.

Are you aware that a lot of (maybe even most) players spend $0, or little of their own money?

Plus, with the exception of the 2 TruGolf courses, there are no greens fees for playing what are some very well known and not inexpensive to play IRL courses.

Count me as one that has never spent a dime for anything here. And I think I've done pretty well upgrading my clubs to something decent. Just took a lot of surveys. I've never played a course where a greens fee is charged...there are plenty of good courses for free.
