Never had a problem like this before.  I went to log in last night and this morning from comcast.net and it keeps saying that I don't have an internet connection.  Well, my internet connection is fine.  I am able to go anywhere on the net from comcast.  Then I tried logging in via google chrome.  Walla....  there I am.  That's fine except I don't like the way the game plays when using google.  I'm not really tech savvy...  can anyone help with this?

    hi

I am not sure why other browsers would not work. usually if flash is an issue, it'll load anyway. I would keep trying. it may fix itself?

Actually, I can get in to wgt (log in) using Google Chrome.  However, when I try to log in via comcast (xfinity) wgt tells me that I don't have an internet connection so I'm assuming that there is a problem on wgt's end.  I replaced the modem that I was using with a new one and get the same results.  Howver, wgt does not respond well using Google Chrome as my meter is jerky.  I have an extremly fast system that for everyother program runs smoothly, and I am online with comcast (xfinity) with no problems at all.  I don't think this is a problem that will fix itself.

    hi

I am not sure whats comcast xfinity is, so I can't help. I would try other browsers, firefox, IE, and many others seem to work just fine. you can search our forums to see what others are recommending.

I suppose comcast is the local internet provider(?)

Just had the idea that problems might arise if any channels are blocked locally or by the provider. Maybe they can tell what they changed?

Don't know if WGT / Flash asks for anything special though.

Also may your Flash version be outdated - visit www.adobe.com...

Is your OS Windows or different?

Check if on Comcast.net  pop-ups are blocked. If so unblock them for this site.
