  Hello walksoft. You can use the forgot password link and it will send you an email. This email will assist you in your password issue. If you continue to have trouble you can also contact Customer Support.

  Yankee Jim, you have no idea why I'm asking for my password. This forum is for help, and as far as I'm concerned, you're not offering any, but it doesn't keep you from posting meaningless comments. No, in reference to your comment,  I don't have a second ID, this is my ONLY one.

  Maybe the  forums are for help,  but you have to be logged in to access the forums. How did you log in if you forgot your password???  It doesn't take a genius to see 2 accounts!

  You can use the "remember me" to the point of forgetting what password you joined with. I never use that option on any message board or website so I have to actually remember what passwords I'm using.
