I am currently trying to get into a skins game but every time i look for a game, a screen comes up to say it's going to cost o credits if i accept, it says error, if i decline it kicks me back to main menu

Make sure you have enough credits to play in a skins game. If you decline the game it is always going to push you back into the lobby to look for another game. Also you received a response in 20 minutes, spamming the forums is not the best way to go about getting help.
