I seem to run into a problem at unexpected times in which the home page loads up but as soon as the game page starts to load it kicks me offline. If I go back to the home page the connection is reestablished at once. Multiple attempts yield the same results. The signal strength stays strong but the game page kicks me off before it downloads.

Hi byronj, do you have cookies enabled on your browser? Also, try having all other windows and programs closed while you load the game.
