Hello Soulabaille.
I recommend making sure that the transactions were successful. You can go to your Account then select Transactions. There you will see your recent games and purchases. If you do not see the transaction for the driver and hybrid it is possible that the transaction failed. In that case just try re-purchasing them.
If you do see that they were successful then please make sure that you've checked in your inventory. May be possible that you overlooked them. If you still do not see the purchased driver and hybrid please contact Customer Support. They will be able to assist you with the matter.
