    OK so I'm actually at the Pro tier but when I enter tournaments such as The First Tee Open it still has me entered as a Hack. How do I change my tier level so I can win credits?

    With tournaments, especially the long ones, you are put into the tier you started the tournament in.  This is why you are still playing under the hack tier.

    The first time you entered that tournament you were a Hack.. so you'll be competing as a Hack until that particular tournament is over. It works to your advantage.
