was just wondering can u gift lowers lvls equipment if u are on that lvl to open that equipment up and they are not ??
why don't u do the surveys but dont tell the truth about age, race, etc. Who really cares what answers u give them as long as u get some credits. I did and worked out ok. Thats just my opinion...........

No you cannot gift items to players who aren't at same level to unlock the items themselves.
