Im seriously considering throwing in the towel where this games concerned. Tried every avenue i know of but still my swing meter is so fast if you blinked youd miss it. My system meets all the requirements, ive spent a small fortune in the shop, i've unchecked my cpu and ive checked my system for viruses and yet its still no better, in fact id say it was even worse than it was before. Can anyone shed any light on this please? It's making this game pretty much unplayable and certainly not enjoyable. Thanks.

If the equipment you are using is what is shown on your profile page I don

t understand your problem. The Raptures have the slowest swing meter of any of the upgraded clubs. Nothing near as fast as the Super-Tri driver i am using. But some people just can't seem to get the meter right no matter what. Have you tried the GI balls. The GI-3 slow the meter a lot. It fairly creeps with the Raptures. The few times I used them with the Raptures before I upgraded to the Master G-10's at the time they actually made the meter too slow for me and I was constantly clicking way too soon. But if you have problems timing the meter with the Raptures they may be the ball for you.

The meter is as mysterious as the Milky Way,it can be 4 different speeds at any given time,Who knows what it will do next, what can you do? Try a different browser maybe,,Who knows! :)

Im seriously considering throwing in the towel where this games concerned...

Sammy, before doing anything so drastic, try this little "technique" I sometimes use...

Before an actual ranked stroke-play round - play a few practice, CTTH, or Blitz rounds using the free unlimited ball. The meter will be very, very fast. Then, when you go back to using your meter-slowing "feel" ball, the meter will seem to be that much slower, hence more manageable.

Keep in mind, however, that while using the free ball, the distance and spin attributes will be less, as well as the feel.

I find that using the free ball from time to time equates to using a weighted "donut" on a baseball bat while in the on-deck circle before stepping-up to the plate - the conditioned "muscle" (in this instance) being the one above the neck, as opposed to those below it. ;)

After using this reflex-sharpening technique, just be sure to let your first couple swings with the "feel ball" on the first tee swing through, so as to get the timing right and not to hit the ball too early.

    Good Luck.
