  we should be rated based on our averge score so a hack is anyone over 100 amatuer 90-100 pro 80-90 tour pro 70-80 tour master 65-70 master 60-65 legend anything up to 60 in all fairness will close the group of players that are able to play in tournaments giviving a chance for those of us who are forced to play with stanard clubs

  The ratings are already based on your average score and you can get further than you think with standard clubs. But those "hacks" and "amateurs" that shoot seven under for nine holes are most likely sandbaggers.
