  I had both E intenet and Chrome and I could access WGt either way using the same log in info. then my pc had problems. I still have both E and chrome but when I try to log in on Chrome it says this name is already in use. I would prefer to use chrome since it seems to control the meter speed better. E internet every once in a while just jumps and then a ball goes out of bounds or lake or something.

  What can I do?

  Try other browsers there are dozens of them out there. Comodo and Maxthon are very popular on here.

  Hello huskerketel. Have you tried updating your Adobe Flash Player to the latest upgrade? You will need this aspect in order to log in via Google Chrome.

  Try logging into the site via the homepage. This should provide you with the log in prompt for the game. If you cannot see it you will indeed have to update Flash.

  It really shouldn't matter, but first log off WGT from IE. Then clear your cookies and cache in Chrome. From the setting box (top right in address bar) select Tools/clear browsing data.

  That is a prompt I'll get if I mistakenly attempt to log on but I click the other option to basically register a new player (sign up) . The choices are a little similar, usually coupled together,  and I've done it more than once, by mistake.

  During a proper log on ,or even an improper one, I'll never get that prompt ' this name is already in use. '
