They arent playing players of merit .
I realize that, just thought it pointed to previous playing experience out of the gate.

Not really , its like playing a player who is at Legend but not really a Legend . There are a lot of players who have the titles but not the skills , so they are easy marks .  I see what you are saying though and you still could be right . Only time will truly tell my friend .

Well I'm not a threat and I don't have a smoke screen. I think it's pretty funny how seriously some of y'all take this site, though I have taken trivial activities seriously in the past as well.

And I'm not sure why everyone thinks I haven't received credits. Maybe they are not "earned" by a strict definition but I was told by WGT when I received them that they were a result of my play. I received a total of 500 credits and used 250 to buy 'Lethal' balls.

I was not aware that my scores did not count because they were 'Practice' rounds (I know I probably should have figured it out). I will play some regular rounds next.

And thanks for letting me know that the credits, however I got them, will stop coming.

In the early levels you receive credits for moving up in level.  Once you reach Level 15, you are not given any additional credits.  You will need to either purchase them, earn them from the free credit section, or win them in tournaments and such.

Roughly translated, you need to have a shitload of time on your hands (surveys), be godly good (win tournies by posting a 50-53 score) or fork out the cash.

I think I have worked out your dilemma - did you purchase $5.00 of credits?

As a first time purchase I have seen there is a deal that WGT will give you another $5.00 as a reward - but has nothing to do with playing.

Apart from the "earn free credits" the only other ways to get them is by tiering up, earning credits by results in tournaments or via credit matches (matchplay/skins etc.

As for practice rounds - when I first started I played heaps - and I did not know the difference - my advice is just have fun whatever format you play.

I don't have a dilemma. Please reread WGTdbloshoe's post. Thanks.

Cheers Jeremy - I had not seen this nor was I aware this was the case.

Ummm why on earth is this done? Surely it just encourages multi accounters!

I try and encourage newbies to stay and potentially upgrade but appears to be open to abuse IMO.

All about a balancing act.  It's something that has only been around a couple of months.
