  Hi Guys

  After I reached level 48 I decided to upgrade my driver and sold old one first then buy credit for new one but during this process suddenly my level back to 47 and stuck there. Current points 50.084 and shown next level at 48.915. I send 4 email to customer support and no response. Are there anyone have solution for the problem

  I tried different browser

  Sign out, sign in, reboot

  nothing changed and I stuck with my starter driver now.

  Hello Madsailor35.

  I just confirmed with one of our CS Agents who is helping you with this case. It appears you only submitted one request which is being handled. Looks like they would like the following information:

  -Screenshot of your Current Total XP

  Just go ahead and respond back to them in the email. They'll be able to determine the problem with that screenshot. Hope you get this issue resolved soon.

  When you do the screenshot hold the mouse pointer to the XP bar so that it shows the figures.

  Is it true to think that WGT cannot look up player's data like the current XPs by themselves?

  It does seem a little strange. They should be able to view any players totals. I just checked and they did fix it. Congrats
