Re: How long does one have to wait for a reply from WGT support

  I've had issues inviting players and raised a request. However firstly it takes an age for WGT to reply and in the reply, all they mention is they'd have their engineers look into it.

  When I added a further query I didn't get any response again for an age and after pressing again they stated the same bot response as before.

  After speaking with CS, I was informed that the engineers are still working on this issue of yours and we appreciate the patience. As the agents correctly stated in all of their emails, we unfortunately do not have any further information on this matter and do not know the estimated time for when this can be resolved.
