    To WGT,

First came Reimage Repair a week ago that kept popping up and trying to load itself as I played a game.  It took hours to figure out why it only showed up on WGT and to get rid of it.  But you still had to check other computer programs like Google add-ons, Windows IE, and my computer registry to see if it imbedded itself.  I found that Reimage had attached itself to my Windows Task Manager in order to keep reoccurring.  Now this morning came ipmxp2161.com.  Norton Security caught that site before it could takeover and redirect my computer.

Since all the problems are only associated with playing a game on WGT, I decided to see if I were alone, and I see I am not!  As I read several forums I saw that these issues have been happening to many other players on WGT.  Now I wonder if the WGT program experts are at work to prevent our players from being attacked by these malicious websites?  I hope so.

I enjoy playing WGT and I hope these problems are being addressed and not on the rise.

    Thanks, John

    hi

those are not from us. if they show up, that means they somehow gotten their way in the ad network that serves those ad's. best way to get them is to take a screenshot of the ad with url and then contact us privately, so we can act as soon as we can.

as always, never download or click anything suspicious.

Get a free program called "winpatrol" and it stops all that hijacking BS....no changes can be made in the registry/startup/task manager without you Okaying it....

also run a free program "Malwarebytes", as far as Norton goes, I have a hack that validates Norton until the year 2048 free(I won't give it out so please don't ask lol), and I still won't use Norton...

Clearing out your cookies can also help.  Sometimes they are able to plant a cookie there so clean them out on occasion.

WGT should as a business owner protect its customers and even insure the ads they sell to all that use this site. A very large group is enrolled on their site worldwide, and WGT should insure all parts of it is safe to use from any kind of attack. You do not have to click on any ad here to pick up maleware or any other kind of garbage. Their advertisers run rampage with it, constantly. You have to be a computer guru to keep all the stuff cleaned off just one home computer. These are not the first of attacks, nor will they be the last it seems.
