Hi all, Been playing and enjoying the blitz game (apart from quitters!) Every now and then though i like to play some stroke play to keep my eye in with putting and so on.

Anyway, i bought some different balls, they give a bit more distance, but the distance is a long way more than my other balls! If that makes sense. (sorry! bit intoxicated) So, i went back to old balls, I've just played a blitz game and I'm over hitting by 20 or more yards!

Then it got me thinking...I've just turned level 40 Master.. Does that make any difference? Or is there a random thingy bob that makes one hit erratic shots?

Sorry if I've confused you somewhat.

This is only a theory.  Say I change my avatar and then start a new game.  My avatar in the game is not always the new avatar.  If I go clear my browser cache, I see the new avatar.

Could the same thing be happening to equipment?  You think you changed balls, but the game is still getting its information from old files in the  cache.  Hence you think you went back to the old balls but the game is thinking you still have the new ones.

    Anyone else think this?

andyson - not sure if this is true. I could play one round with pro shop balls, then change to free ones, and the game would still think I had the "paid" ones on the course ? WGT may not be good for much, but they sure would be all over that possibility :)

If you just turned master, then your green speed increased.
